Shipping Policy

All orders are fulfilled/processed within 10-15 business days BEFORE shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by an additional few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will keep our INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK page updated with Stories and posts to keep you updated on any and all delays. If your order/package is sent back to us of no fault to SoCal SignCraft, DBA Vinyllabz, customer must pay additional shipping cost to resend package once it gets back to our facility.

Also, once your order has shipped with either tracking or USPS First Class which does not have tracking, Vinyllabz is not liable for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages. Please contact your mail carrier to submit a dispute. Thank you. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes - SoCal SignCraft DBA VinylLabz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages - SoCal SignCraft DBA VinylLabz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
