HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business weeks. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in shipment, and we appreciate your patience.

Thank you for your understanding, and please allow additional transit time for delivery.


SHIPPING TIME VS PROCESSING TIME

Shipping time is how long it takes for your order to get to your house after the store sends it.

Processing time is how long it takes for the store to get your order ready to send. We need to put it in a box and make a special label for the delivery person to know where to take it.

So, shipping time is like waiting for your order to come in the mail, and processing time is like the store getting your order ready to send to you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that we do not ship on Holidays or Weekends.

 

 

CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER ORDER CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS.

 

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED / LOST.

Vinyl Labz  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Vinyl Labz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
